1. Is Saaztro a white-label solution?
Yes, Saaztro is a 100% white-label platform. You can launch your business using your own brand name, logo, and identity. No Saaztro branding will appear in your apps or website.
2. What do I need to provide from my side?
- Logo & brand color codes
- Domain (optional)
- Google Firebase account
- Google Maps API setup
- SMS Gateway (OTP verification)
- Identity proof for verification services
Note: All third-party services are owned and billed directly by you.
3. Who handles third-party billing?
All external services like SMS, Firebase, Google Maps, and payment gateways are billed directly to the client. We assist with setup but do not manage recurring billing.
4. Where is the server hosted?
By default, we use high-performance cloud servers located in Europe (Netherlands & Germany). For advanced scalability, you can choose AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure. These will be billed separately based on usage.

7. Who publishes the Android app?
The Android app is published under your own Google Play Developer account. A one-time fee of $25 USD is charged by Google and paid by the client.
8. Who publishes the iOS app?
The iOS app is published under your Apple Developer account. Apple charges $100 USD per year, paid by the client.
9. Do you handle payment gateway setup?
Yes, we assist with full integration. However, payment gateway accounts, setup fees, and transaction charges must be handled and paid by the client.
10. How long does it take to go live?
Your platform can be launched within 7 working days, including setup, branding, and testing.
11. What kind of support do you provide?
We provide support with a response time of up to 48 hours. Fix timelines depend on the complexity of the issue. Critical issues are prioritized.
12. Can the system handle high traffic?
Yes. Our microservices architecture allows independent scaling of components, ensuring stability even during high traffic.
