No Refunds or Exchanges

As Saaztro provides software-based services that are configured and deployed on servers after purchase, we follow a strict no-refund policy. By subscribing to our services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. We strongly recommend reviewing the service demo and documentation carefully before placing an order.

Once the service is activated, configured, or delivered, refunds or exchanges will not be provided. Saaztro ensures that the delivered service matches the features and functionality demonstrated during the demo.

Exceptional Refund Cases

Due to the nature of SaaS and ready-made software services, refunds are generally not applicable after subscription. However, in rare and exceptional circumstances, a refund may be considered solely at Saaztro’s discretion, depending on the nature of the issue and service scope.

Any additional customization, modification, or feature enhancement requested by the customer will be treated as a separate project. Payments made for customization work are strictly non-refundable.

Please note that Saaztro is not responsible for incompatibility issues with third-party software, plugins, extensions, modules, scripts, or add-ons unless explicitly stated as compatible in the service description or demo. Refund, return, or exchange requests based on such incompatibilities will not be entertained.
